I have worked within a range of industries including financial services, transport and National Health organisations.
Some of my most notable projects include implementing multiple financial and procurement, HR and payroll back office systems for Abellio within 12 weeks as part of their successful takeover of the West Midlands Trains contract; rescuing a business-critical ticketing system project for Abellio following third party failure, minimising financial penalties; and establishing a fiscally compliant reporting structure for National Australia Group, delivering reports to the FCA within 7 months.
I enjoy assembling and leading high performing project teams, soliciting buy-in and driving teams with clearly defined goals including resources in remote and virtual locations.
